Document Manager Fails to Load
The vast majority of the time, if you try to load the document manager and it does not complete loading, there is an issue with the browser's cached files.

As such, clearing your cache will usually solve the problem.
So if you are unable to load the document manager follow these steps to clear your cache.
Internet Explorer:
Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete (under Browsing History). Check the boxes for Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. Click Delete.
Note: If you have bookmarked your site, you will also need to make sure you uncheck Preserve Favorites website data or the temporary files specific to your site will not be removed.
Mozilla Firefox:
Click Firefox -> History-> Clear Recent History. Check Cookies, Cache, and Active Logins. Click Clear Now (by default this only clears the history for the past hour but you can change it if necessary).
Safari:
Click on the picture of the gear in the top right corner. Choose Reset Safari and check Empty the cache, Remove all cookies and Close all Safari windows. Click Reset to complete the clearing.
Google Chrome:
Click on the picture of the wrench in the top right corner. Choose Tools -> Clear Browsing Data. Check Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site data. If necessary, change Clear data from this period to Everything.
After clearing your cache, close and re-open the browser and then try the document manager again. If the document manager will still not load, please contact the support team.
